Returns Info

RETURNS

  • All returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.  
  • Once we receive the items back we will process the return and refund the balance back to your account, minus A Restock Fee of 15% and the original shipping cost ($6.95).
  • Please contact us here info@gifts4yourseason.com to receive an RMA# for your return.  Please only ship to the address that will be sent to you.
  • Please include your Order#, items returning, and the reason for the return.
  • Exceptions / non-returnable items 
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or personalized orders.
  • Refunds 
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Customized orders not eligible for a refund.

    We do not offer shipping labels unless you receive the product damaged.
